Develop the institutional capacity of BCMA Uganda

Geographically, Uganda has been divided into 7 regions, i.e., North Western (West Nile), Northern, Eastern, North Eastern, Central, Mid-Western, South Western. To ensure effective ministry across the Nation, BCM-A requires some form of structure and systems that provide a framework of policies and guidelines. This will provide the framework for missionary operations across the country as we seek expansion of ministry through a multiplication strategy, i.e., partner more and multiply more through training. The 12 acres of land for the establishment of a ministry base in Arua is a very strategic location for ministry to the neighboring countries of DR Congo, South Sudan, and the Central African Republic. Development of this base will form a strategic location for hosting both local and international training events with ministry sustainability in perspective. Having a well developed capacity of the ministry as an organization will place BCM-A in a strategic position to partner with existing institutions to effectively reach children and strengthen the Church in Uganda and beyond. As a nation, we shall employ both models of ministry, i.e., individual missionary approach and organizational framework, to further the ministry cause. Apart from setting up structures and systems for effective leadership, BCM-A will focus on setting up a training Centre aimed at equipping and empowering leaders. The following development initiatives will take shape on this property acquired:

a. Development of the training Centre
b. Establishment of Missionary Base (home for both local and international missionaries)
c. Creation of a Hub for children and youth, and setting up a Media Centre as a digital strategy for creativity and innovation
d. Establishment of Resource Centre
